Alteration Services
• Alteration consultation fees and labor charges are non-refundable once work begins.
• KHAD is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or pre-existing garment damage.
• Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions regarding fit and desired changes.
Consultations
• Booking Fees – All bridal, custom-wear, and alteration consultations (virtual or in-person) are non-refundable once booked.
• Rescheduling – May be requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Missed appointments or late arrivals may require a new booking fee.
Gift Cards
• KHAD gift cards never expire and carry no service fees.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Payment & Disputes
• We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and KHAD gift cards.
• For any payment concerns or disputes, please contact khadbrands@gmail.comfirst so we can resolve the issue before external claims are filed.
Products & Services
• KHAD reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product information at any time.
• Colors and fabric textures may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional costs.
Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated (see our Refund & Return Policy).
• Eligible returns must follow our stated process.
Limitation of Liability
• KHAD is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
• Our liability for any product purchased is limited to the purchase price.
Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of KHAD and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Media Use Consent
• KHAD celebrates our creations and clients. We may request your permission to feature completed works on our website or social channels.
• We will always obtain your consent before using your images or likeness.
Taxes
• Saskatchewan PST will be applied where applicable.
• GST will not be charged until KHAD becomes GST-registered.
