01 — BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Begin by booking a complimentary consultation and completing our consultation form. Tell us about your occasion, event date, preferred style, budget and any other details that will help us understand what you’re looking for.

You’ll also have the opportunity to upload inspiration images and let us know whether you’ll be providing your own fabric, such as Asoebi, or would like KHAD to assist with fabric selection.

02 — CONSULTATION & DESIGN DIRECTION

Before your consultation, we’ll review the information and inspiration you’ve shared. During our time together, we’ll discuss your vision, fit preferences, timeline and design possibilities.

If you’re providing your own fabric, we’ll also discuss its type, quantity and suitability for your desired look.

If you already have a clear design or inspiration you’d like us to create, we can move forward to your project proposal. If you’d like KHAD to develop an original design specifically for you, you can proceed with our Design Development service.

03 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, IF REQUIRED

For clients seeking an original KHAD design, our paid Design Development service transforms your ideas and inspiration into a custom design concept.

Once the design fee is received, your custom KHAD sketch will be created and your design refined with you.

If you proceed with your custom order, the Design Development fee will be credited toward your final order.

Already have the design or style you want? This step may not be required.

04 — PROPOSAL & SECURE YOUR ORDER

Once your design direction is established, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining the scope of your order, investment, timeline and payment requirements.

Your production slot is officially secured once the required deposit has been received and our terms have been accepted.

05 — FABRIC, MEASUREMENTS & FINAL DETAILS

Now we finalize everything needed to bring your piece to life.

If you’re supplying your own fabric, KHAD will confirm the required quantity and arrange for the fabric to be received before production. If KHAD is assisting with fabric selection, your options will be finalized at this stage.

Your measurements, embellishments, finishing details and other important elements will also be confirmed before production begins.

06 — YOUR PIECE COMES TO LIFE

With the details confirmed, your piece moves into production.

Your garment is thoughtfully constructed with careful attention to fit, proportion, craftsmanship and the finishing details that make it distinctly yours.

07 — FITTING & REFINEMENT

Where required, fitting appointments will be scheduled to assess the fit of your garment and make the necessary refinements before completion.

For clients who are not local, fitting and measurement arrangements will be discussed according to the requirements of your individual order.

08 — COLLECTION OR DELIVERY

Once your piece has passed its final inspection and any outstanding balance has been completed, it will be carefully prepared for collection or delivery.
