How do I place an order for a custom dress or bridal gown?
Book a consultation through our Consultation or Contact Us form. We’ll discuss your design, fabrics, and timeline before you confirm your order.
How long does a custom piece take to make?
Bridal gowns typically require 3–6 months. Special-occasion and custom-made dresses take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Absolutely! Our KHAD Gift Cards are sent by email and can be redeemed on bridal gowns, custom-made dresses, Alter Hub services, Tailor’s Store fabrics.

Can I order fabrics online?
Yes, Tailor’s Store offers select fabrics and supplies online. We ship across Canada and can ship worldwide.
Can I return a custom-made piece or Tailor’s Store item?
Custom-made dresses, bridal gowns, and all Tailor’s Store fabrics or supplies are final sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes—Shop Pay lets you split eligible purchases into interest-free installments.
What happens if I abandon my order mid-checkout?
Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 24 hours. Stock isn’t guaranteed for abandoned carts, so complete checkout promptly to secure your item or booking.
Are consultation fees refundable?
Consultation bookings are non-refundable once scheduled. To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours in advance—availability is not guaranteed.
What is your policy for alteration services?
Alteration fees are non-refundable once work begins. Attend fittings on time to avoid delays. Tailor Store fabrics cut for alterations are final sale.
Can I return Tailor Store fabrics or items?
No. Tailor Store items are final sale since many fabrics are cut to order. Please double-check quantities and selections before purchasing.
Do you ship outside Regina?
Yes—we ship across Canada and internationally. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, KHAD offers delivery only for all orders to ensure customer convenience.
What is your return/refund policy?
Custom-made and altered items are non-refundable. For defective products or errors on our part, email khadbrands@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production or alterations have started.
Do KHAD gift cards expire?
No—KHAD gift cards never expire and are non-refundable.
How are gift cards delivered?
Digital gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient after purchase.
What types of products do you offer?

Can I book a virtual consultation?
Absolutely! Virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet are available—schedule through the product page or contact us directly.
